About me
Let’s get to know each other!
My name is Taylor and I am the face behind Coastal Cowgirl Picnic. My husband and I are originally from Pennsylvania and we have lived in North Carolina the past 3 years. I am a new mama and our son Dawson is the joy of my life! We also absolutely adore our Red English Lab, Finnigan.
I love to cook, paddle board, workout, and travel. I’m always listening to music whether it’s playing on the speaker while I’m cooking or going to see it live somewhere. Noah Kahan, Maggie Rogers, and Chris Stapleton are a few of my favorites. I love my Jeep wrangler and boat days. On the weekend you can find me walking on the beach with my family, hanging out with friends, or reading my kindle with a glass of wine.

Basic Picnic For Two
This package is set up for two people. It includes a low table, plates, wine glasses, silverware, floor cushions, flowers, candles, decorations, a blanket, and sparkling or still water.

Luxury Picnic
This package is set up for 2-4 people. It is the perfect picnic package for a proposal or anniversary. This includes everything in the basic package as well as: an ice bucket, lemonade or tea, customized chalkboard sign, and a bluetooth speaker. You also have the option to add picture frames with your own photos and “Marry Me” letters. If you would like a larger picnic, there is an add on option in the google form.

Girls Brunch/GNO Picnic
This package is set up for four people. It includes everything in the basic package as well as: an ice bucket, orange juice, customized chalkboard sign, phone stand to take photos, and bluetooth speaker. If you have a larger group, there is an add on option. The picnic can seat up to 8 people.

Coastal Cowgirl Picnic x Wine with Emma
Enjoy a picturesque luxury picnic, light snacks and refreshments accompanied by delicious wines. This will be a Sommelier guided wine experience led by Wine with Emma.

FAQ
How does it work?
Please click the "Book a Picnic” button at the top of my website. You can fill out the form and I will contact you to discuss next steps. We will work through your ideas, location, and date to make sure that we are on the same page. Every picnic is 2 hours. We will reach out the day before the picnic to confirm details and weather.
Can you bring your own food?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own food and drink. We have all of the beverages listed above provided, as well as a charcuterie board add on.
What locations can you have your picnic?
Anywhere in the Wilmington area! Our preferred locations are Wrightsville Beach, Long Leaf Park, Smith Creek Park, or your own backyard. Please message us with your ideas and we will make it happen! There are fees applied if the location is 30+ minutes from Wilmington.
What is the cancellation policy?
Picnics are non-refundable, but we understand that life happens and weather doesn’t always cooperate. If you need to reschedule, please let us know within 72 hours and we will find a new picnic date at no extra cost.
What if I am also interested in a photographer?
My husband actually proposed at Oak Island and I loved that he had a photographer there to capture the memory. I have worked both of the photographers below and highly recommend them.
